Jetstick has developed unique and innovative “air-shot” labelling technology for the produce industry.
Our objective is to offer more competition in produce labelling and to create downward pressure on post-harvest operating costs. Our non-contact labelling innovation has been developed through the drive and initiative of the company directors and owners, many of whom have significant investment in the New Zealand produce industry. We have incorporated “air-shot” labelling
technology in the following Jetstick models:
- In-line fruit labeller for use in most standard fruit and vegetable packhouses.
- Banana Labeller.
- Rapid Dispenser Labeller (RDL).
These labellers are designed for fruit and general industry label application and provide Packers with options in respect to technology, ownership and cost.
The Jetstick system is unique and

reliable utilising three moving parts – two stepper motors and an air valve. The labeller is micro processor controlled and uses instrument quality compressed air. The application is quiet and the footprint of the labeller small.
Already many Packers have recognised the benefits associated with the Jetstick in-line labelling system. Our labellers are now installed in apple, pear, citrus, kiwifruit, avocado, mango, persimmon and banana packhouses world-wide. Our banana labellers are currently being introduced to Central America and the West Indies. Jetstick has the first non-contact automated labelling solution for the banana industry. The Rapid Dispenser Labeller (R.D.L.) is designed specifically for packhouse labelling of fruit and vegetable punnets and a wide range of industrial and retail packs. The RDL has the ability to label packs of variable size and shape at high speed.
